- Recruitment of Advisors thru own personnel contacts
- Training of Advisors by doing joint sales calls with them
- To Manage a Team of Advisors .

Desired Candidate Profile

- Minimum Graduate with 1 Yrs + Sales Experience in any Industry / Field .
- Candidate Age ( Preferably b/w 23 - 42 Yrs )
- Good Communication , Interpersonal and Leadership skills.
- Must Have local Contact ’s to make Insurance advisors thru his own contacts.

Fixed Salary package upto 4.5 Lakhs ( Depending upon City ) + Very Lucrative Incentive .
