Don’t Get Mad, Get . . .

Have you ever known someone at work who tries to be your boss, even though their not. Well, I did. I worked at a newspaper and the brother of the boss used to usurp that fact to try to get me to do work for him. Well, one day a big (and I mean big, around 2 inches long) bug came flying into the shop. We sprayed it with some press cleaner and it died instantly and fell to the ground. Immediately the thought came to me. I quickly got some string, used a marker to make it black. tied it around the bug and went to my co-workers office. I sat at his desk, estimated where the bug would need to be to be directly in front of his face and hung it down from the ceiling. I turned the light off, shut the door and left. I knew he would return after lunch and rush into his office. My plan worked flawlessly, he came in, ran to his office because he had a call, flipped on the light, picked up the phone, sat at his desk and immediately yelled "oh, sh........t" into the receiver. We never revealed who did it. It was priceless.
