Irshad Khan is a surbahar and sitar player based in Canada. He is the second son of Ustad Imrat Khan Irshad Khan is a student of BS (Hons.) As one of the foremost representatives of the Imdadkhani Etawa Gharana, Irshad Khan is internationally recognized as one a leading sitar players and as the leading surbahar (bass sitar) exponent of his generation.[citation needed] He performs pure classical, folk, worldbeat, and new age music.
