Shekhar Ravjiani is an Indian music composer, film actor and director. Shekhar is part of the critically acclaimed music directing duo, Vishal-Shekhar, alongside Vishal Dadlani. The duo is popularly known in the music industry for their work in Hindi, Telugu, Tamil and Marathi films, since 1999. Shekhar made his debut as an actor with the film, Pyaar Mein Kabhi Kabhi (1999), followed by Home Delivery: Aapko...Ghar Tak (2005). Shekhar’s notable works as a music composer include Jhankaar Beats (2003), Om Shanti Om (2007), Anjaana Anjaani (2010), Bang Bang (2014) and Happy New Year (2014), among others. He is set to make an appearance in the upcoming film, Neerja, which is set to release in February 2016.
