Udit Shivraj Pathak, was born and raised in Gwalior. He founded Creative Ocean Entertainment Pvt. Ltd. in the year 2012 to produce feature films and Television Sitcoms. The Perfect Girl, starring Teeshay Shah, Tara Alisha Berry directed by Prakash Nambiar to be released in 2014 is his first venture into Hindi Feature Films.
