Flour 3200 Gram
Baking Powder 80 gm
Butter 1600 Gram
Sugar 3000 Gram
Eggs 16(800) Each (Gram)
Almond Essence 8 Ml


  1. Rub all ingredients together except the eggs.
  2. Add the eggs last and just mix until the dough has combined.
  3. Roll into balls of 20gr and flatten onto a greased tray.
  4. Place 1 whole almond in the middle.
  5. Bake at 175 degrees Celsius until golden brown. approx: 10-12 minutes
Comment : Pack straight away into plastic bag so the biscuits will not go soggy. Very nice biscuit to eat.
