Stir fried vegetables with tender strips of steak.

Method
- Steam the pak choi leaves over boiling water in a steamer. Remove and keep warm.
- In a pre heated wok, heat oil and stir fry garlic and the strips of steak for 1-2 mins until browned all over.
- Add the mange tout, baby corn cobs, spring onion, pepper , oyster sauce, fish sauce , sugar and stir fry for further 2-3 mins until just tender but still crisp to bite.
- Place the pak choi leaves on the base of the serving dish and place the beef and vegetables in the centre of it.
- Serve hot with boiled rice or noodles.
