Method
- Mix garlic paste, anchovy paste, salt and pepper into a paste.
- Add eggs, Lemon juice to the paste and blend well
- Add extra virgin olive oil and whisk till it gets the consistency of thick dressing
- Add grated parmesan and toss romaine to it
- Garnish it with garlic croutons and serve.
Note - Clean and tear the Romaine lettuce before mixing.
