Whole Chicken (with Skin), butterflies 1
Green Chillies 3
Coriander Leaves 200g
Mint 50 g
Cumin 5 g
Dark Rum 30 ml
Tamarind 10 g
Peppercorns 12 no
Cloves Garlic 30 g
Ginger whole 20g
Lemons, juice 2 nos
Salt to taste
Cooking Oil for Pan frying


  1. Wash the chicken cleanly cut the chicken into pieces (as per your choice) and rub lemon juice and salt all over it. Keep it aside 30 minutes.Grind or blend all the ingredients (except oil) in a food processor / mixer to make a thick paste.Apply this paste all over the chicken and keep it refrigerator for around 3 - 4 Hours
  2. Now, heat the oil in a pan and pan fry the chicken in it till it turns golden brown.
