Method
- Sprinkle salt on shredded vegetable and add 1/3 cider vinegar for 15 minutes.
- Squeeze with light hand to drain the water of it and keep aside
- Mix the Mayonnaise, Sour cream, Salt, Black Pepper crushed, Mustard dry, Sugar, Celery seed, Tabasco sauce, rest Cider Vinegar in a bowl and stir
- Add the cabbage and carrot to the dressing until evenly coated and serve
