Ingredients
Couscous |

Method
- Take 500 ml water and 5 g salt to it; soak the couscous in the salted water for 1 hour.
- Pour the couscous into colander and drain it.
- Put the couscous into double boiler or couscousiere and steam it by covering
- Empty the couscous in a sauce pan and stir to separate the grains, add 75 ml of water and mix together by hand and leave it to rest for 15 minutes.
- Again put ion double and steam for 10 minutes and do the step no 4.
- Repeat the step no 5 for one more time.
- After that stir in the butter and turmeric and adjust the seasoning with salt and pepper.
