/ Crisp Fried Pak Choi with Almonds
Crispy pak choi with almond is a delicious accompaniment to grilled fish or meat.
|Light brown sugar
- Wash and dry the pak choi and cut into thin strip.
- In a pre heated wok heat oil cook the pak choi for 2-3 mins until crisp.
- Remove from oil and drain excess oil.
- Add the almond to the oil and cook for 30 second.
- Mix salt, sugar and cinnamon powder and sprinkle on the pak choi with almonds.
- Toss well and serve immediately.
