Dal Urad Whole 300 Grams
Tomato Puree 400 Grams
Tomato Paste 50 Grams
Ginger 15 Grams
Garlic 18 Grams
Butter White 250 Grams
Red Chili Powder To Taste
Cream 200 Ml
Garam Masala 5 Grams
Kasoori Methi 5 Grams
Salt To Taste

Method

  1. Wash The Urad Whole by rubbing with salt
  2. Boil it and live it on simmering for 4 to 5 Hours
  3. Change the Water of Dal with the hot water and live it on tandoor by covering for overnight.
  4. Next Day Drain the water of Dal (lentil) gently and add the fresh water, Tomato Pure, tomato paste,Salt, red chili powder, Butter and cook till it get the consistency of dal.
  5. Add the Kasoori methi and Garam masala to it
  6. Finelly finish it with the cream
