Method
- Mix all four Dal and boil with salt and Turmeric Powder till it gets totally dissolved
- Put a saucepan on heat, add refined oil to it. When oil gets heated add Cardamon big, small cardamom, Bay leaf and Cinnamon Stick and crackle them,
- Add the peeled Garlic and saute till it get golden brown colour
- Add the Boiled dal to it.
- Add Green Coriander Stem to it.
- Boil the Dal till gets get the desired favor of garlic, Whole spices and Coriander
- Adjust the Seasoning with white pepper powder and salt
- Strain the Dal with Muslin Cloth
- Pour it in Soup Bowl and garnish it chopped Coriander Leaves and boiled rice and serve.
