Method

1. Make a ferment with 1/2 the flour the yeast, water, sugar, salt and egg.
2. Add the butter and the rest of the flour and knead to soft dough.
3. Rest in the cold room for 30 minutes and roll the dough out to about 2.5 cm.
4. Cut out circle of 8 cm diameter and dust with the corn meal.
5. Proove and bake on a grill pan.
