Ingredients
Chicken (1X8 Cut)

Olive Oil
25 ml
Garlic (finely Chopped)
15 g
Fresh lemon (Juice)

Mustard Dijon
1/2 Tablespoon
Fresh Rosemary
1 tablespoon
Black Pepper Crushed
To Taste
Salt
To Taste
Method
Combine Olive Oil, Lemon Juice, Mustard, Black Pepper, Rosemary and Chopped garlic in a bowl and mix to well.
Season the chicken pieces with salt and black pepper.
Then add the mixed mixture with chicken pieces and keep it in refrigerator for 3 hours.
Grill the steak 3 inches above from the heat until lightly browned, about 4-5 times per side.
Take the reserved marinade into a saucepan and cook gently until heated through.
Arrange the chicken on a hot serving platter and pour hot marinade over it and serve
