Ingredients

Chicken (1X8 Cut) 800 g
Olive Oil 25 ml
Garlic (finely Chopped) 15 g
Fresh lemon (Juice) 3 no
Mustard Dijon 1/2 Tablespoon
Fresh Rosemary 1 tablespoon
Black Pepper Crushed To Taste
Salt To Taste

Method

  1. Combine Olive Oil, Lemon Juice, Mustard, Black Pepper, Rosemary and Chopped garlic in a bowl and mix to well.
  2. Season the chicken pieces with salt and black pepper.
  3. Then add the mixed mixture with chicken pieces and keep it in refrigerator for 3 hours.
  4. Grill the steak 3 inches above from the heat until lightly browned, about 4-5 times per side.
  5. Take the reserved marinade into a saucepan and cook gently until heated through.
  6. Arrange the chicken on a hot serving platter and pour hot marinade over it and serve
