Preparation & method
- Mix khoya, cow chhena and flour to a smooth dough.
- Make small balls for gulab jamun.
- Heat ghee and deep fry the balls to golden brown.
- Boil sugar and water together to make syrup.
- Soak the balls in the sugar syrup after frying.
- Serve hot garnished with chopped pistachio.
