Khoya dhab 1000 gms.
Cow chhena 250 gms.
Flour fine 200 gms.

For Sugar syrup

Sugar 2000 gms.
Water 1 ltr.
Desi ghee for frying 2000 gms.
Pistachio chopped for garnish 20 gms

Preparation & method

  1. Mix khoya, cow chhena and flour to a smooth dough.
  2. Make small balls for gulab jamun.
  3. Heat ghee and deep fry the balls to golden brown.
  4. Boil sugar and water together to make syrup.
  5. Soak the balls in the sugar syrup after frying.
  6. Serve hot garnished with chopped pistachio.
