Lamb Chops 700 g
Lamb Fat (Lard) 100 g
Bay leaf 1 No
Onion (Chopped) 140 g
Carrot (Chopped) 100 g
Potato (Thinly Sliced) 100 g
Oyster 10 No
Boiling Water Sugar 50 g
Flour 50 g


  1. Take a Heavy Pot. Layer the Potatoes first, then Sliced onion and the pieces of lamb.
  2. Season well the Salt.
  3. Add the thyme and another layer of sliced onions cover it with the whole Potatoes, Season again and add the water.
  4. Cover the Pot with foil with a tight - fitting lid.
  5. Cook it in preheated oven of 350 degree Celsius for more than two hours. It can also be on low fame on simmering for the same time.
  6. Thinly sliced potatoes should become saucy while the small potatoes are cooked.
