Lamb Leg 800 g
Garlic Clove 1 no
Chilli Powder To Taste
Oregano 1 Table Spoon
Cumin (grounded) 1 pinch
Olive Oil 1 Table spoon.
Vinegar 1 Table spoon
Salt To Taste
Black Pepper Crushed To Taste

Method

  1. Mash the Oregano, Garlic and Cumin, Add Chilli Powder to it
  2. Fork the Lamb leg with sharp knife to make incisions.
  3. Fill the Forked lamb with the paste and Pour the vinegar and oil on top and keep it fridge for overnight.
  4. Cook it in preheated oven of 350 degree Celsius for approx one and half hours or doneness of leg is being done.
