Method
- Boil the Potato, Peel it and Grate
- Chop the Carrot, Beans and Cauliflower
- Heat the refined oil in a pan add the black cumin and saute the chopped vegetable to well done
- Keep the vegetable aside and let it gets cool
- Chopped the raisin, cashewnut, Pistachio and Chironjee
- Mix the Grated Potato, Grated Cottage Cheese, Grated Khoya with all ingredients
- Mash it the hand and adjust the seasoning
- Put the Mixture in Tandoori saria and cook it in tandoor and serve hot.
