Potato Large 300 Grams
Cottage Cheese 100 Grams
Khoya Pindi 100 Grams
Cashew nut (Fried) 40 Grams
Raisin (Kissmiss) 40 Grams
Chironjee 40 Grams
Pistachio (Pista) 30 Grams
Roasted Chana Powder 150 Grams
Bread crumb 100 Grams
Cornflour 40 Grams
Green Chilli chopped 5 Grams
Coriander Chopped 20 Grams
Ginger Chopped 8 Grams
Garam Masala 3 Grams
Black Cumin (Shahi jeera) 3 Grams
Yellow Chilli Powder To Taste

  1. Boil the Potato, Peel it and Grate
  2. Chop the Carrot, Beans and Cauliflower
  3. Heat the refined oil in a pan add the black cumin and saute the chopped vegetable to well done
  4. Keep the vegetable aside and let it gets cool
  5. Chopped the raisin, cashewnut, Pistachio and Chironjee
  6. Mix the Grated Potato, Grated Cottage Cheese, Grated Khoya with all ingredients
  7. Mash it the hand and adjust the seasoning
  8. Put the Mixture in Tandoori saria and cook it in tandoor and serve hot.
