Paysanne cut onions 125 g.
Paysanne cut celery 50 g.
Paysanne cut carrots 50 g.
Paysanne cut cabbage 50 g.
Paysanne cut green peppers 50 g.
Olive oil 15ml.
Salt pork 20 g.
Chopped garlic 5 g.
Tomato cancasse 120 g.
Chicken stock 120 g.
Salt to taste
Ground black pepper to taste
Chick peas boiled 5 g.
Black eyed peas , cooked 5 g.
For garnish  
Grated parmesan cheese 35 g.

Method

  1. Cook the pork in oil, do not brown it.
  2. Put onion, celery, carrots, peppers, cabbage and garlic and softened it.
  3. Add the tomato cancasse, stock, salt, pepper.
  4. Simmer about 30 minutes.
  5. Add the chickpeas, black-eyed peas, simmer more for 10 minutes.
  6. Adjust the seasoning and garnish with grated parmesan cheese individually.
