Lamb Ribs Roast 12 no
Dijon Mustard 5 Table spoon
Salt To Taste
Black Pepper Crushed To Taste
Rosemary Fresh (Chopped) 2 Table Spoon
Garlic (Chopped) 3 Table Spoon
Bread Crumb 150 g
Parsley Fresh (Chopped) 1 Tablespoon
Butter (to glaze) 100 g
Olive Oil 60 Ml
Mutton Stock 300 ml


  1. Rub the Ribs with the salt, pepper, Mustard and Rosemary.
  2. Mix the breadcrumb and parsley garlic, salt and pepper.
  3. Coat the meat thoroughly with the crumb mixture by pressing it firmly.
  4. Keep the ribs on roasting pan and top it with the drizzling mixture of olive oil and butter.
  5. Preheat the oven to 180 degree Celsius roast the rib for 45 minutes or time may vary depending upon the doneness of the ribs.
  6. Reduce the stock separately to thick consistency with the butter and adjust the seasoning.
  7. Put the hot cooked ribs into serving pan and pour the reduced stock on side of it and serve.
