Method
- Rub the Ribs with the salt, pepper, Mustard and Rosemary.
- Mix the breadcrumb and parsley garlic, salt and pepper.
- Coat the meat thoroughly with the crumb mixture by pressing it firmly.
- Keep the ribs on roasting pan and top it with the drizzling mixture of olive oil and butter.
- Preheat the oven to 180 degree Celsius roast the rib for 45 minutes or time may vary depending upon the doneness of the ribs.
- Reduce the stock separately to thick consistency with the butter and adjust the seasoning.
- Put the hot cooked ribs into serving pan and pour the reduced stock on side of it and serve.
