Method
- Put wok on heat and refined oil it. Add the garlic and stir fry a little in fierce heat.
- Add all the green to it, add salt and Stir for 3 to 4 minutes.
- Add the stock and cover, add the star anise cook it 3 to 4 minutes
- Remove the lid and add the sesame oil, after checking the doneness and seasoning.
- Stir Fry green is ready to be served.
