Pomegranate seed 30 Grams


  1. Give the shape of potato Large into cylindrical hollow closed from one side.
  2. Deep fry the potato cylinder and its peeled wastages
  3. Cut the cottage cheese into dice.
  4. Mix the fries wastages of potato with ,cashew nut, raisins, Chopped ginger, Green Chili and Coriander with the rest masala.
  5. Add pomegranate seed at last Fill the masala in fried potato cylinder
  6. Put it in saria (Tandoori Rod) and cook it in tandoor
