The Chicken Chick Backyard Chickens, Prime Time News Story
Refusing to obey the town of Suffield, CT cease & desist order to get rid of my backyard chickens, the town sued me in Superior Court. The zoning enforcement officer refuses to stand behind his admitted representation & suggestion to me that leasing additional acreage would bring us in compliance with the zoning regulations. I leased the land and six months later, the town sued us.
