Luckily, there a rumor going around that normal school glue with a little water creates the perfect peel-off base coat! With supplies so cheap and available, how could you NOT try this? That exactly what we thought so enjoy this episode where we attempt to create and peel-off this cool trick! BTW - to clean out a nail polish bottle, just swish some nail polish remover around inside and pour out.. voila. That how we did it, at least.
