Hey everyone long time no see! If you follow me on Instagram and Twitter you'd already know I've been thinking about my channel for a good few months now, and really trying to decide where I want to go with the video content.

Recently I've become really interested in health and fitness vlogs and I thought that would be a perfect topic for me to post on! I'm determined to get fitter and in return hopefully shape up, so I thought what better way to stay accountable than to bring you all along on my journey?

I understand that these videos are very different to what I posted in the past, so I'm well aware that many of you may not be interested in this new content at all and that totally fine! These videos are for me, kind of like a video journal I guess! So if you want to join me that amazing, but if not that ok too! :)

I love Hollie lifestyle vlogs! I find seeing the meals for the raw til 4 diet really interesting and I think it definitely something I would consider following! There are so so many incredible videos about the raw til 4 lifestyle online if you're interested to hear more!
