Christopher Charles Mintz-Plasse (born June 20, 1989) is an American actor known for starring in films such as Superbad, Role Models, Year One, Kick-Ass, Fright Night, and "The Far Cry Experience" (a series of online ads for the video game Far Cry 3). Mintz-Plasse was born in Los Angeles, the son of Ellen Mintz, a school counselor, and Ray Plasse, a mailman. Mintz-Plasse is Jewish on his mother’s side. He was raised in West Hills, California and attended El Camino Real High School (2003–07). He is a Boston Celtics fan.
