Fawad Afzal Khan (Urdu: فواد افضل خان‎) (pronounced [Fawād Afẓal Ḵẖān]; born 29 November 1981) is a Pakistani singer, model and actor. Khan has received two Lux Style Awards, and has established himself as one of Pakistan’s highest-paid actor. After making his acting debut in the 2000 comedy drama Jutt and Bond. Khan rose to prominence playing the role of Hassan in 2010 serial Dastaan. Khan established himself as a leading actor of Pakistani television in 2011 with roles in the blockbuster melodrama Humsafar. He achieved further success for his leading role in the 2011 comedy drama Akbari Asghari and the 2013 romantic drama Zindagi Gulzar Hai, all of which rank among the highest rated Pakistani serial.
