Born and raised in Chicago, Isaac attended Northwestern University, and won the Coca-Cola Refreshing Filmmaker Award in his senior year. He moved to New York City after college, writing treatments for commercial and music video directors. Isaac received his MFA from the American Film Institute Conservatory’s Directing Program, and won the Kodak 35mm Production Grant while attending AFI.
