Ingredients
Whole Red Snapper (Slit and cleaned) |

Scallions (finely Chopped) |

Margarine (low fat) |

Method
- Preheat the oven at 375 degrees F.
- Take a roasting which can be fit of fish and apply the low fat margarine on it.
- Skewers the fish closed and keep in roasting
- Place the Mixed Peppercorns, Mushrooms , Scallions, garlic and thyme in the hollow space of Snapper
- Cover the fish with the freshly ground black pepper and place the remaining margarine on the top of the fish.
- Pour the wine over the Fish
- Bake in Oven for approx 30 minutes till it gets cooked. During baking keep on basting the fish every 10 minutes.
