Method
- Mash Bananas with the sugar. Add the milk, oil and egg.
- Let this ferment overnight.
- Sieve flour and soda, add to batter.
- Pour into silicon paper lined bread tin.
- Bake at 170 for approx. 1 hour depending on the size of the cake.
