`Fairly strong in flavour , it is basically rice noodles cooked with prawns, ideal with fish or vegetable dishes.

Method
- Cook rice noodles in boiling water for 2-3 mins. Drain and rinse in cold water.
- In a preheated wok , heat oil and stir- fry the onions fr 1 mins. Add curry powder and stir fry for further 30 seconds.
- Add the noodles and fish stock into the wok and cook for 2-3 mins. Remove from wok and keep aside.
- In a wok , heat the remaining oil and stir – fry the prawns, garlic, spring onions
