Dal Arhar 40 Gm
Dal Moong Dhuli 40 Gm
Dal Malka Red 40 Gm
Dal Chana 20 Gm
Refined Oil 10 Ml
Big Cardamom 2 No
Bayleaf 1 No
Small Cardamom 2 No
Cinnamon Stick 1 No
Garlic Peeled 15 Gm
Coriander Stem 20 Gm
Salt To Taste
White Pepper Powder To Taste
Turmeric Powder a Pinch
Boiled Basmati Rice 30 Gm


  1. Mix all four Dal and boil with salt and Turmeric Powder till it gets totally dissolved
  2. Put a saucepan on heat, add refined oil to it. When oil gets heated add Cardamon big, small cardamom, Bay leaf and Cinnamon Stick and crackle them,
  3. Add the peeled Garlic and saute till it get golden brown colour
  4. Add the Boiled dal to it.
  5. Add Green Coriander Stem to it.
  6. Boil the Dal till gets get the desired favor of garlic, Whole spices and Coriander
  7. Adjust the Seasoning with white pepper powder and salt
  8. Strain the Dal with Muslin Cloth
  9. Pour it in Soup Bowl and garnish it chopped Coriander Leaves and boiled rice and serve.
