Boil the Arhar dal with salt, Turmeric powder and a little refined oil
Put A pan on heat. Add ghee, temper the Whole Cumin, Red Chili whole Garlic, Then add chopped onion and fry it till golden brown
Then add the ginger garlic paste and red chili powder to it
Add the Boiled Arhar Dal to it and adjust the seasoning
finelley add the Chopped Green Chili, Chopped Ginger and Chopped Coriander to it
