Method
- Make a ferment with 1/2 the flour the yeast, water, sugar, salt and egg.
- Add the butter and the rest of the flour and knead to soft dough.
- Rest in the cold room for 30 minutes and roll the dough out to about 2.5 cm.
- Cut out circle of 8 cm diameter and dust with the corn meal.
- Proove and bake on a grill pan.
