Fresh Tuna in Lime-ginger marinade

Ingredients
Tuna Steaks (1 inch Thick) |

Fresh Lemon (juice) |

Ginger Chopped |
25 g |
Garlic (finely Chopped) |

Olive Oil |
2 Tablespoon |
Vegetable Oil |
1 Tablespoon |
Salt |

Crushed Black Pepper |

Method
- Mix all the ingredients except tuna in bowl and whisk well till gets blended.
- Put the Tuna steak into deep tray and pour the blended mixture over the fish. Keep it refrigerator for approx. 3 hours.
- Preheat the grill/ oven.
- Baste the grill with the low calorie cooking spray.
- Take the Tuna from tray and reserve the marinades.
- Grill the steak 3 inches above from the heat until lightly browned, about 4-5 times per side.
- Take the reserved marinade into a saucepan and cook gently until heated through.
- Arrange the tuna on a hot serving platter and pour hot marinade over it and serve
