Grilled Chicken with Mustard Herb Coating

Ingredients
Chicken (1X8 Cut) |

Olive Oil |

Garlic (finely Chopped) |

Fresh lemon (Juice) |

Mustard Dijon |
1/2 Tablespoon |
Fresh Rosemary |

Black Pepper Crushed |

Method
- Combine Olive Oil, Lemon Juice, Mustard, Black Pepper, Rosemary and Chopped garlic in a bowl and mix to well.
- Season the chicken pieces with salt and black pepper.
- Then add the mixed mixture with chicken pieces and keep it in refrigerator for 3 hours.
- Grill the steak 3 inches above from the heat until lightly browned, about 4-5 times per side.
- Take the reserved marinade into a saucepan and cook gently until heated through.
- Arrange the chicken on a hot serving platter and pour hot marinade over it and serve
