Method
- Peel the Potatoes cook them in boiling salted water until half cooked for approx 15 to 20 minutes.
- Drain it and keep it in oven on very low heat to dry.
- Cut the potatoes into slice, small dice or grate.
- Heat the clarified butter on saute pan over medium heat.
- Add the cut potatoes and season it and saute till it fully cooked buy turning both side.
- Serve immediately and garnish it with parley.
