Chickpeas 200g
Lemon Juice 80 ml
Extra virgin Olive oil 50 ml
Tahini 70 g
Garlic (minced) 5 g
Salt To Taste
Paprika As required
Parsley (chopped) 10


  1. Soak the chickpeas overnight  and boil it for 2 hours until it gets cooked
  2. Drain the chickpeas and preserve the cooked liquid
  3. Combine all the ingredients and blend it in blender by adding the cooked water
  4. Make it smooth texture.
  5. Adjust the seasoning with salt and paprika.
