Method
- Take a Heavy Pot. Layer the Potatoes first, then Sliced onion and the pieces of lamb.
- Season well the Salt.
- Add the thyme and another layer of sliced onions cover it with the whole Potatoes, Season again and add the water.
- Cover the Pot with foil with a tight - fitting lid.
- Cook it in preheated oven of 350 degree Celsius for more than two hours. It can also be on low fame on simmering for the same time.
- Thinly sliced potatoes should become saucy while the small potatoes are cooked.
