Method
- Mash the Oregano, Garlic and Cumin, Add Chilli Powder to it
- Fork the Lamb leg with sharp knife to make incisions.
- Fill the Forked lamb with the paste and Pour the vinegar and oil on top and keep it fridge for overnight.
- Cook it in preheated oven of 350 degree Celsius for approx one and half hours or doneness of leg is being done.
