Method
- Apply the salt, pepper and mustard all over the
- Rub the rosemary on top of the lamb.
- Preheat the oven at 150 degree Celsius (300 F). Put the lamb into the oven.
- Combine all the mixture of sauce and use this as the basting while cooking the leg in the oven.
- Apply the basting method for several times till it gets cooked.
