Method
- Take a earthenware pot and put the meat into it.
- Place the Onion, Potatoes and beans in layers on the top of the meat.
- Top it with the Tomatoes, Eggplant, Coriander or parsley.
- Cover the Pot with foil with a tight - fitting lid.
- Cook it in preheated oven of 350 degree Celsius for more than two hours. It can also be on low fame on simmering for the same time.
