It is a delicious pork preparation, sweet and sour in taste, easy to make.

Method
- Marinate the cubes of pork with salt, pepper and brandy or whisky for 15 – 20 mins.
- In a preheated wok heat oil. Place the pork cubes in a bowl with the beaten egg and turn to coat. Sprinkle the flour over them and turn the pork cubes until well coated.
- Deep fry the pork in batches for about 3-4 mins until golden brown.
- For sauce heat oil in a pre heated wok and add the vegetables and stir fry for about 1 min. Add the seasonings and tomato puree with the stock and bring to boil. Thicken it with corn flour paste.
- Add the pork and blend well.
- Serve hot.
