Method
- Give the shape of potato Large into cylindrical hollow closed from one side.
- Deep fry the potato cylinder and its peeled wastages
- Cut the cottage cheese into dice.
- Mix the fries wastages of potato with ,cashew nut, raisins, Chopped ginger, Green Chili and Coriander with the rest masala.
- Add pomegranate seed at last Fill the masala in fried potato cylinder
- Put it in saria (Tandoori Rod) and cook it in tandoor
