Tomatoes Large (cored and chopped) |

Method
- Heat the oil in a pan adds the onion slices and cooks it by stirring for 10 to 15 minutes till golden brown.
- Add the chopped garlic to it sauté it for a minute, add the CHOPPED tomatoes and cook it on simmering heat for 45 minutes.
- Add the basil after 2 to 3 minutes season the sauce.
