Mukesh Bhatt, is an Indian film producer, who has produced several Bollywood films. He is the younger brother of director, Mahesh Bhatt and also the co-owner of the production company, Vishesh Films, set up in 1986. He is also the uncle of actors, Pooja Bhatt, Alia Bhatt, Shaheen Bhatt and Emraan Hashmi. Bhatt was born to Nanabhai Bhatt (1915–1999), a Hindi film director-producer. His father was a Gujarati Hindu Brahmin and mother a Muslim. Nanabhai’s brother, Balwant Bhatt (1909–1965) was also a Hindi film director.He is Hindu. Bhatt has one daughter named Sakshi and a son Vishesh; Vishesh Films was named after him in 1986.
