Parambrata Chatterjee is a film and television actor and director. He completed his Masters degree in Film and TV Production, from Bristol University, United Kingdom. He started his career with Bengali TV shows and films. Chatterjee made his acting debut in the film, Bhalo Theko (2003). He later appeared in films like Nishijapon (2005), The Bong Connection (2006), Kailashey Kelenkari (2007), Chalo Let’s Go (2008) and Kaler Rakhal (2009). He made his directorial debut with the film, Jiyo Kaka (2011). He received recognition after his performance in the Hindi film, Kahaani (2012). He then directed the film, Hawa Bodol (2013). Chatterjee was recently seen in the films like Gang of Ghosts (2014) and Hercules (2014). His upcoming movie, Yaara Silly Silly, is set to release in November 2015.
