It contains segments featuring Malaysia's diverse culture, people, fauna and flora. The kiteboarders travelled through the east coast of Malaysia, mainly in Kuantan. One of the most featured spot was Balok Beach. Balok Beach is one of the top 10 spots for windsurfing during the Northeast monsoon season.
